My Story
Hey, I'm Jorge Aguilar!
In 2015, right after graduating college, I relocated to North Carolina for a job without knowing much about the area at all. It was a big move and definitely an adventure.
Fast forward 10 years, and now as a husband and father of two, I understand Raleigh in a completely different way — not just as someone who moved here, but as someone who built a life here.
Over the years, I’ve learned which areas are growing, which neighborhoods are most desirable, where buyers can still find value, and how to balance affordability, schools, lifestyle, and long-term appreciation.
Outside of real estate, I’m a man of faith, a big sports fan (Formula 1, Soccer, NFL, NHL, and NBA), hablo español, and most of my free time is spent with my family — usually outdoors, at the beach, in the mountains, or chasing around our two energetic kids.
